Welcome to the Daily Creator Challenge FAQ page! This post is about what’s covered in the Creator 5-Day daily challenge, and I’m really looking forward to getting started.

The Daily Creators Challenge follows a large part of the CreateRoom journey with several adjustments to increase your creative productivity.

Create Room Journey was a journey designed by the people of Create Room, and they were delighted when I proposed my idea to them. They are long-time craftsmen and passionate innovators with more than 12 years of experience and expertise in a unique cross-section:

  • Best practices for decluttering
  • Memory design
  • Workplace design and
  • Methods Of Organization

As such, they have canonized their method and created products based on these best practices that we will follow to allow daily creativity for our mental health.

WHERE I CHOSE,

I have more than 10 years of experience in aggressive goal-setting methods than a bedridden woman (about 4 years old) who managed to be tied up at home. in quarantine before he’s cool. 😉 😅

However, I also started my blog as a business, got married, and bought my first house before I turned 30, and since then my husband and I have been thriving. All these achievements are despite the fact that I have very limited energy every day.

To compare the energy with spoons of sugar, I get about 5 spoons a day, while a “normal” person could have 400 to 600 a day, depending on The activity.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ME AND EVERYONE ELSE?

I have mastered the art of simplifying complicated tasks into editable parts, as I have to do for e-v-e-R-y-t-h-i-N-G even the most basic tasks. From washing my face in the morning to making sure I save enough energy to be able to go to bed at night.

As a homebound disabled person, you can live an incredibly fulfilling life, but it’s not a given, I’ve worked hard and had a lot of support.

Support that is not always available to people; I live in a country with free healthcare and prescriptions. It’s also tiny (there are less than 290,000 people in my city and it’s the capital).

So I give the support. I share the skills that I have acquired over many years and the psychological shortcuts that allow you to do it much faster than me!

MARIE FORLEO SAID IT BEST:

“Everything is figurative”

During this time, I also rediscovered the world of crafts, I learned to draw, paint, crochet, and knit in short periods, Every day when I had a little energy. Then I adopted a new skill almost every year until I became even more productive and efficient.

THE CREATOR OF THE CREATORS DAILY CHALLENGE WAS THERE AND WAS INTRODUCED:

And now … I am training as a licensed art therapist to help and support my own creative community and its mental health issues.

The Psychology that I have learned has indeed confirmed it; all the habits that I have accumulated over the years were…..

SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN REPEATED STUDIES, THE STAGES OF SUCCESS.

So, I’m tweaking the journey of creating spaces to include psychological Hacks to guarantee success, which makes crafting and creating really easy because we build them as habits controlled by our subconscious. it’s automatic.

Similar to brushing your teeth or turning on the kettle when you arrive in your kitchen in the morning or after eating.

  • Stop the action without having time to tinker
  • Reduce Stress
  • Reduce anxiety symptoms
  • Improve the quality of your sleep
